A 1/2 oz. of Gulf Coast Greens microgreen seasoning contains microgreens equivalent to approximately 35 cups of vegetables ($0.68 per cup). Sunflower microgreens contain vitamins A, B-complex, C, D, and E and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc as well as amino acids. Arugula microgreens contain vitamins K and C, folate, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and includes antioxidants such as lutein, zeaxanthin, and beta-carotene.
