1 oz. of Fresh Catch microgreen seasoning contains microgreens equivalent to approximately 24 cups of vegetables ($0.75 per cup). The dried micro radish microgreens contain vitamins such as A, C, E, K,  B1, B2, B6, B9, antioxidants, and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, Zinc, manganese, phosphorous, copper, sodium, and fluoride.
