Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Looking for an appetizer that your guests will rave about? Rum Runner 6 spicy Mexican Shrimp Cocktail will do that!! Rum Runner 6 is also a low-sodium microgreen seasoning blend.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound P&D cooked large shrimp
6 ounces V8 vegetable juice (or tomato juice)
6 ounces clamato juice
Lime juice from 1 lime
1 avocado chopped
1/2 cucumbers peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 medium sweet onion chopped
1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup ketchup or more to taste
4oz Clam juice
1 TBS Rum Runner 6
Directions:
Reserve a couple whole shrimp, dice the rest. Combine all ingredients except whole shrimp in bowl and let sit in frig for an hour. Put into serving containers and garnish with large shrimp and lime wedge.
